THIS bugger of a bruse is my reminder of a nasty fall i had at work, I slipped on teh wood outside twice and landed on the knee twice, my left on. and that was on the 14th of May, this picture was taken on the 23rd of May.

It hurts like HELL when i go down on my knees now, and the make matters even more fun, my brother's have a habbit of now poking my knees to show their friends how much it hurts.
